Welcome to a new year at St. Michael School! We are so excited to introduce many exciting new opportunities in this new year.
This year's theme is a Hawaiian phrase, Kūlia I Ka Nu'u, which translates to "strive for the summit" or "strive for the highest." This phrase is traditionally attributed to Queen Kapi'olani, and it really challenges us toward a pursuit of excellence. Across campus, our focus will be to raise the level of our standards academically, spiritually, intellectually, socially, morally, and physically. Our hope is that St. Michael School will truly be a leader and example in our community and beyond--that our students, faculty, staff, and families will be "active Christians, lifelong learners, effective communicators, problem solvers, self-evaluators, and responsible citizens." We hope that you all will join us on this journey of striving to be the best we can possibly be. Together, we can make St. Michael School a model of excellence for this generation and the next.
